Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated, receive(s) the last item of your order.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement via your account order page or by contacting us at info@volkchoi.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to: sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery; goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at info@volkchoi.com.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
