What Happens Next?

  1. You will receive an email confirmation of your withdrawal request.
  2. We will process your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your request.
  3. You may be required to return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.
  4. We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Customised or personalised goods
  • Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed
